How Do I Redeem In-Store?
There are 2 ways to redeem your birthday gift card in-store.
If you have your physical Club Fancy member card, present it to our friendly staff with your ID for verification of your date of birth before you checkout.
On the other hand, if you have the Club Fancy app, your birthday gift card can be found in the “Offers” tab at the bottom of the screen.
Click on the “Offers” tab and present the birthday gift card to our friendly staff before checkout so that they can scan the barcode to redeem it.

Your Birthday gift card is located in the “Offers” tab at the bottom of the app.
Click on “Offers” and you’ll see all of the exclusive offers and deals available to you.
Alternatively when you checkout, go to the “Offers” section and view all the offers including “Club Fancy Birthday” that are available to you.

If you can’t see your Birthday gift card on the app, it usually means that either your Club Fancy membership has expired or the date of birth when you registered was entered wrongly.
Just contact us and we’ll get it sorted.

There is a “Forgot password” link on the app. Click on it and enter the email that you registered with us. You‘ll receive an email to reset your password.
